Lorraine O’Connor
Lorraine has spent the past 30 years working in creative industry sectors throughout the Caribbean. She has produced numerous documentaries and films, and has worked on many international productions filmed in Trinidad & Tobago, including “The Amazing Race: S3201” and “Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown”. From the trendy music label, Rituals Music, which she co-founded and managed in the 1990’s, to the ownership of the historic Rhyners’ music store, Lorraine has been involved in the management of the careers of Calypso Rose, Machel Montano and Nailah Blackman. Lorraine holds a Master of Arts degree from La Sorbonne, Paris where she specialized in Mandarin Language and Civilization.

Kerwyn Valley
Kerwyn is the Chief Executive Officer and long-standing board member of KCL Capital Market Brokers Limited. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Aspire Fund Management Company Limited. Kerwyn has had over 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, during which he has made his mark in the retail, commercial, corporate and public sectors. This has led to his receiving various awards for excellence in business development, team building and portfolio growth, most notably the prestigious Royal Performance award given annually to the top 1 percent of RBC’s global employees. His mantra is ‘Transforming Caribbean Dreams into Global Income Streams’.

Dr. Carlana Ramlochansingh
Carlana is the Operations Manager for C15 Studios Limited and liaison to Aspire Fund Management Company Limited. She is a globally-skilled scientist who has worked in the Caribbean, USA and Europe. Her particular skills in multi-disciplinary project management, strategic operational flow and cross-functional communication have made her an invaluable team member. In addition to Carlana’s trained field of expertise, she has worked for over 10 years in the creative space and founded Carlana_360 LLC for customized carnival designs in 2018. She believes that “Creativity is born from the synergy between Art and Science.”

Nirad Tewarie
DIRECTOR (CHAIRPERSON)
Nirad is the Chief Executive Officer of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) T&T. He has twenty-five years’ experience in media, communications, management, education and international relations. Nirad holds a MSc in International Relations and a BSc in Mass Communications. He is also a member of both the National Tripartite Advisory Council and the Caribbean 2030 Leaders Network. He was formerly the Chairman of the Caribbean Network of Services Coalitions and the cabinet-appointed Fashion Industry Development Committee. He has also served on the Boards of the Telecommunications Authority of T&T, the T&T Hospitality and Tourism Institute, the Indian Caribbean Museum and Vision on Mission Prisoner Rehabilitation Programme among others.

Jodi Boodhoo
DIRECTOR (VICE CHAIR)
Jodi is a founding partner of Aspire Fund Management Limited, the parent company of C15. He is a former banker who is based in St. Lucia with business interests which include petrol service stations, financial technology, and event management. Jodi has a keen interest in start-up investing and has chaired the steering committee for the setup of St. Lucia’s national incubator and accelerator - BOOST. He is a former Deputy Chairman of Invest Saint Lucia as well as a former board director of the Saint Lucia Tourist Board. He holds a BA in Political science from the University of Western Ontario, an LLB and LLM from City University, London and is also a Chartered Director.

Taiana Mora
DIRECTOR
Taiana has over 30 years of experience in trade promotion and export development, including the services sector. She is Dominican and works extensively throughout the Caribbean: connecting this region with multiple markets. She has led teams implementing various donor-funded projects, especially EU projects. She has designed and delivered several capacity-building support programs for services organizations in the Caribbean as well as supported the development and implementation of service export strategies and programs in St Lucia, Aruba, and the Dominican Republic.
She was the executive director of the Caribbean Export Development Agency and currently leads NEX Consulting. She is also the coordinator of the Dominican Republic Coalition of Services (CSRD) and president of the board of the Latin American Association of Exporters of Services (ALES)

Sueann Sherwood
CORPORATE SECRETARY
Sueann has over 8 years of corporate secretarial, governance and compliance experience including board governance, governance assessments and compliance reporting as well as handling investigations and regulatory agency inquiries. She has provided services within a wide range of industries interacting with senior level management, Boards of Directors, various board committees and shareholders. She holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of London, and is a Professionally Accredited Corporate Secretary. She is also a member of the Association of Compliance Professionals of Trinidad and Tobago.
